In Season 1, the primary goal is to prestige as much as possible to maximize energy generation. Prysms will use the energy to harvest Mycelium and unlock ROOT. When you prestige, your extractors are removed, and all resources are reset to zero. However, you retain the energy you’ve generated, and you get a production boost, allowing you to progress more quickly in subsequent cycles.
